IP Counseling and Protection
The firm advises clients on developing successful comprehensive strategies to protect and manage their

Copyright Registration, and Patent Prosecution. Conducting an IP asset evaluation and analysis is vital
to ensure a business' IP assets are protected and managed. We are experienced in identifying, capturing
and safeguarding IP assets, and consulting clients in establishing best practices and procedures for
IP protection and management. We also draft and negotiate various licensing agreements designed to protect
IP assets such as Independent Contractor, Research, Work-For-Hire, Non-Compete, Non-Disclosure,
Non-Solicitation and Non-Circumvention Agreements.
IP Litigation and Analysis
The firm has significant experience in protecting, enforcing and defending clients' IP assets, including rights
in patents, trademarks, copyrights, confidential information, trade secrets, and domain names. We have litigated
contentious high-stakes business disputes from both sides, involving various IP agreements, misappropriation of
trade secrets, and unfair competition claims. Through our experiences, we are able to devise effective and
comprehensive strategies individually tailored to the clients' goals. We also conduct patent invalidity,
infringement analysis and opinions, and product searches and clearances to enhance our clients' position,
while also helping to avoid or limit potential future liabilities. We are also proficient in resolving
disputes through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as arbitration and meditation.
