We represent a vast array of developers and investors, providing full service legal representation from inception of their business plan until the final Certificate of Occupancy is obtained. During this hands-on process, we assist with negotiating the purchase, sale, construction, financing, obtaining the appropriate zoning and other regulatory approvals, and having the necessary agreements in place with the lenders, general contractor, construction manager, subcontractors and leases with tenants.
