Nicole Norris Poole is Of Counsel to Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, LLP. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage disputes and civil appeals.
She has extensive experience addressing coverage issues involving homeowners' policies, personal auto and excess policies, commercial general liability,
and commercial umbrella policies. Additionally, she has comprehensive research and writing skills as a result of her participation in over one hundred
appeals throughout the courts of New York State. She has also been appointed as a Guardian Ad Litem in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens counties. Prior to joining Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, LLP., Nicole was a senior associate at a private firm where she handled litigation regarding complex liability and insurance coverage issues from both a defensive posture and as a plaintiff. For nearly a decade, she was Senior Coverage Counsel for a large insurance company where she addressed a myriad of coverage issues involving many types of personal and commercial lines insurance policies issued within and outside of New York State. Prior thereto, she was a partner at a private firm which handled insurance coverage litigation for multiple insurance companies as well as civil appeals on a myriad of issues.
