Nicole Marmanillo
Associate
Nicole Marmanillo is an Associate with the firm and practices in its Litigation group. Her practice focuses
on complex insurance defense litigation, including transportation law, bus company liability, trucking law,
motor vehicle negligence, labor law and premises liability.
Nicole completed her undergraduate degree with a double major in Political Science and German. She was one
of fifteen students nationwide to be awarded a fellowship by the Bosch Foundation to teach English at the
Technical University of Dresden in Germany. Following her one year fellowship abroad Nicole attended law
school at Touro Law Center and graduated cum laude, with honors in legal writing and oral argument. While
pursuing her Juris Doctor Degree, Nicole was also the secretary for the Student Bar Association and a
Teacher's Assistant for Criminal Law.
Prior to joining Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, Nicole worked for Travelers Insurance Company and gained
valuable insurance defense experience. She also practiced employment discrimination law at one of Long Island's
most prominent firms and worked for a private insurance defense firm, where she represented individuals as
well as large institutional clients in personal injury matters.
