Nicole Marmanillo
Associate
Nicole Marmanillo received her B.A. from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J. with a double major in Political Science and German. She was one of fifteen
students nationwide to be awarded a fellowship by the Bosch Foundation to teach English at the Technical University of Dresden in Germany. Following her one
year fellowship abroad Nicole attended Jacob D. Fuchsberg Touro Law Center and graduated, cum laude, in 2003 with honors in legal writing I and II and oral
argument. While in Law School Nicole was also the secretary for the Student Bar Association and a Teacher's Assistant for Criminal Law.
Nicole spent four years working for Travelers Insurance Company, two as a law clerk and two as an attorney, and gained valuable insurance defense experience.
She then spent one year practicing employment discrimination at one of Long Island's most prominent employment discrimination firms. After that, Nicole spent
four years at a private insurance defense firm, where she represented individuals as well as large institutional clients in personal injury matters.
Nicole is an Associate at the Firm and assists the insurance defense team in all phases of litigation. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
