Michele Gipp is a member of the firm's Corporate and Healthcare Groups. Her practice includes corporate transactions involving private investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate agreements, as well as healthcare transactions involving compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.

Michele graduated from the University of Delaware, cum laude, with an Honors B.A. in Political Science and Psychology, Phi Beta Kappa. While completing her undergraduate degree, Michele was a member of the Delaware Undergraduate Student Congress and the Pre-Law Student Association. She also studied abroad in London, England and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Michele then attended Fordham Law school, where she was the Managing Editor of the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.
