Transportation Law
We provide expertise in trucking and transportation law to clients in litigation and regulatory practice. We represent public and private transportation providers, including municipal bus lines, coach and school bus companies, fleet carriers, logistics companies and limousine businesses. Our firm has wide experience representing these companies in accident-related claims alleging personal injury, catastrophic loss and property damage, as well as statutory violations, vehicle code violations, regulatory compliance, loss transfer and environmental concerns; and in assisting clients in responding to catastrophic losses by coordinating the accident scene reconstruction and investigation.

Motor Vehicle Defense
Recent changes in laws involving no-fault and other issues have complicated these matters. Our firm has the experience and knowledge to navigate these cases through negotiation and litigation. We also represent self-insured trucking, logistics, and bus and transportation companies, always providing an aggressive defense. Representation of these companies also includes no-fault, loss transfer, SUM, property damage and subrogation matters.

Construction and Labor Law (Scaffold, Worksite Accidents)
