Hayley Morgan is currently a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Group.

Hayley earned her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Legal Studies in Business. Thereafter, Hayley attended law school, graduating cum laude from the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University.

While pursuing her Juris Doctor Degree, Hayley was a judicial intern with Hon. Emily Pines of the commercial division in the New York State Supreme Court. Hayley was also a judicial intern with the Southampton Town Attorney's Office. In addition, Hayley spent a semester as a judicial intern with the civil division of the United States Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of New York.
