Hayley Morgan is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Group. Her practice encompasses a variety of litigation matters, including the representation of clients in business, fraud and contractual disputes. Hayley's practice also consists of preparing complex business, commercial and intellectual property matters for trial. Hayley earned her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Legal Studies in Business. Hayley then attended law school, graduating cum laude, from the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University. While attending law school, Hayley was a judicial intern for the Hon. Emily Pines of the commercial division in the New York State Supreme Court and also worked as a summer intern for the Southampton Town Attorney's Office. In addition, Hayley spent a semester as an intern with the United States Attorney's Office, civil division, in the Eastern District of New York.
