Eryn Deblois graduated from the University of California, Davis and the Seattle University of School of Law, with a focus on intellectual property and litigation.
Her practice encompasses a wide range of intellectual property matters, including trademark, copyright, patents, trade secrets, privacy rights, licensing
disputes, contract and business tort claims. She counsels clients on acquiring and maintaining trademarks, including potential or pending infringement problems.
Her practice consists of litigating complex business disputes, commercial litigation, real estate, debtor/creditor matters, and trademark registration. Eryn is
admitted to practice in the states of New York and Washington, as well as the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York's federal courts, and is a
part of the firm's litigation group.
