David Hoeppner

David Hoeppner attended McGill University where he graduated with honors. Upon graduating from McGill, David accepted a teaching position at the Academy
of Finance and Enterprise High School in Queens, NY, where he taught an introductory economics course. David accepted a full merit scholarship to Hofstra
University School of Law, where he earned an award for his work at Hofstra's Community and Economic Development Clinic. While attending Hofstra, David
drafted environmental protection legislation for the City of Long Beach, and worked for a firm specializing in education law in Queens. He concurrently entered
Hofstra's M.B.A. program with a concentration in Finance.
David practices with the firm's corporate and private equity group, where he focuses on business formation and structure, executive compensation,
private equity offerings, and other related business matters.
