Arthur Yermash

Arthur Yermash attended Baruch College, CUNY, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Investments.
While at Baruch, Arthur was a member and graduate of the inaugural class of the Macaulay Honors College. Additionally, Arthur spent a semester abroad
at Colegio de Espana in Salamanca, Spain. He then attended Jacob D. Fuchsberg Touro Law Center where he was a Faculty Fellow and a Merit Scholarship
recipient. While at Touro Law Center, Arthur was a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Arlene R. Lindsay (EDNY), a Teaching Assistant for all first year law classes,
and a Research Representative for Westlaw. Arthur is admitted to the New York State Bar.
Arthur is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Touro Law Center Alumni Council and Alumni Association.
Arthur's practice focuses on corporate matters from business inception to exit, as well as commercial real estate. He represents clients on corporate transactions,
mergers and acquisitions, not-for-profit, employment matters (including corresponding with regulatory and government agencies), products and services agreements,
and real estate transactions and leases. He is part of the firm's corporate and technology, real estate and employment law groups. Arthur is fluent in Russian.
