Arthur Yermash
Associate
Arthur Yermash is an Associate with the firm and a member of its Corporate, Technology, and Employment Law Groups.
His practice focuses on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, not-for-profits, employment matters
(including corresponding with regulatory and government agencies) and products and services agreements.
Arthur attended Baruch College, CUNY, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Finance and Investments. While completing his undergraduate degree, Arthur was a member and graduate of the
inaugural class of the Macaulay Honors College. Additionally, Arthur spent a semester abroad at Colegio de Espana
in Salamanca, Spain. He then went on to pursue his law degree at Touro Law Center, where he was a Faculty Fellow,
a Merit Scholarship recipient, a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Arlene R. Lindsay (EDNY), and a
Teaching Assistant for all first year law classes. Arthur is fluent in Russian.
